What does a garage floor cost?
Flake is $8 per sq ft ($9 for premium blends). Quartz and metallic are $14. A typical 2-car garage in flake runs about $3,500.
Why grind the concrete?
Grinding opens up the slab so the coating soaks in and bonds. Skipping it is the main reason DIY kits peel.
Flake, quartz or metallic?
Flake is our most popular garage floor. Quartz adds grip for patios and pool decks. Metallic gives a high-gloss, one-of-a-kind look.
Can you coat over old paint or epoxy?
Usually, yes. We grind off the old coating first and check the slab at your free site visit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Epoxy, polyurea or polyaspartic?
We pick the system for your space. Epoxy base coats soak deep into ground concrete. Polyaspartic and polyurea topcoats cure fast and stay UV-stable, so they will not yellow in the sun.
Do you do commercial floors?
Yes. Shops, warehouses, showrooms, offices and restaurants across DFW. We can work around business hours, including nights and weekends.
What areas do you serve?
Fort Worth, Dallas and the whole DFW area, from our base in Benbrook. See our Service Areas page for the full list of cities.
