Our Services Explained
Every floor we install starts the same way: we diamond grind the slab and repair cracks and damage before anything goes down. Here is what each service involves, so you can pick the right system for your space.
Epoxy & Resinous Flooring
Resinous floors are poured, rolled or broadcast coatings that bond to your prepared concrete and form a seamless, easy-to-clean surface.
Flake – Colored vinyl chips broadcast into the base coat and sealed with a clear topcoat. Textured, hides dirt and wear, and our most popular garage floor.
Metallic – Metallic pigments in clear epoxy create a one-of-a-kind, high-gloss, marble-like look for showrooms, homes and businesses.
Quartz – Colored quartz sand broadcast into the coating for a very durable, slip-resistant floor. Popular for kitchens, locker rooms and commercial spaces.
Solid Color – A clean, uniform color with a smooth or lightly textured finish. A practical choice for shops, basements and utility areas.
Commercial/Industrial – High-build systems made for heavy traffic, forklifts, chemicals and constant cleaning.
Concrete Coatings
Polyurea – A fast-curing, flexible coating that resists impact, abrasion and chemicals, so many jobs are back in use quickly.
Polyaspartic – A fast-curing, UV-stable coating that will not yellow in the sun. A great topcoat for garages and outdoor areas.
Urethane – A tough, chemical- and abrasion-resistant topcoat, and urethane cement systems for areas that see heat, moisture and washdowns.
Decorative Concrete – Custom colors, patterns and finishes that give plain concrete a high-end look.
Staining – Acid stains and water-based dyes add rich, natural color to new or existing concrete, then we seal it to protect the finish.
Stamping – Patterned concrete that mimics stone, brick or tile.
Overlays – A thin cement-based layer applied over existing concrete to give it a fresh surface and new look.
Resurfacing – Restores worn, pitted or stained concrete with a new, uniform surface without tearing it out.
Polished Concrete
Grind & Polish – We grind your slab with progressively finer diamonds to a smooth, glossy shine.
Honing – A lighter grind for a smooth, low-sheen satin finish.
Densification – A penetrating treatment that hardens the concrete surface so it resists dusting and wear.
Concrete Restoration
Crack Repair – We clean out and fill cracks so they do not keep spreading or show through your new floor.
Spall Repair – We rebuild chipped, flaking or broken areas of the slab.
Joint Repair – We fill and repair control joints so edges do not chip and the floor stays smooth.
Resurfacing – A new surface layer over damaged concrete.
Surface Preparation – Diamond grinding opens up the concrete so coatings bond for good. It is the most important step in every job.
